All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.
For custom orders, it is your responsibility to ensure all artwork, spelling, and design details are correct before approval.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). MPrint Designs is not VAT registered, therefore no VAT is charged on any products or services.
Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, custom items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and images, remains the property of MPrint Designs and may not be used without permission.
You confirm that any artwork you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
